VISA Information

There is a very flexible entry/departure policy for tourists traveling to Jeju.
If you are a citizen of one of the countries under visa exemption agreements (Table 1) or in accordance with principles of reciprocity or national interest (Table 2), you can enter Jeju directly or via Seoul (Incheon, Gimpo) with a valid passport without a visa.
If you are not a citizen of the countries listed in Table 1 or 2, you will need a valid passport and visa to enter mainland Korea. However, if you enter Jeju directly without connecting at Seoul (Incheon, Gimpo) or other Korean cities, and you are not a citizen of Afghanistan, Cuba, Ghana, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Nigeria, Macedonia, Palestine, Sudan, or Syria, then you will be granted visa-free entry for 30 days with a valid passport.
